We provide facilities and programs from health, fitness and well being. We provide an ongoing support network to ensure people follow through. We sell memberships, coffee, health supplements and clothing - gym wear.
Our personal trainers provide services to people who want that little bit extra in coaching - we help them find the motivation. We diagnose what people want and need in health and fitness. In short we provide health, fitness and well being solutions.
Following diagnoses we design and assist them implement an appropriate program. Our one to one (3 or 4 - support) focus provides clients with an accountability. We monitor their results by providing clients with updated results of their efforts. We help them stay motivated.
We provide social atmosphere and events to facilitate the recreational experience. By being good listeners our clients feel they have a friend and confidante at CBD Health Spa.
